This is information due to common questions that are asked when shoppers miss our time frame notices posted on our site.

When Ordering From The Gliding Room

Your order is processed by PayPal and they do remove the funds from your account so that they in turn can pay us.

We do not see any of your personal information, only paypal receives this information in order to complete your purchase.

Then we receive a notification that a payment has been made usually the same day that you place your order.

You in turn will also receive an email from PayPal stating that you made a payment for an order.

This is your CONFIRMATION email letting you know that we did receive your order.

If you do not receive a notification that you made a payment from PayPal then your order did not go through.

We always post a "Time Frame Notice" in red text notifying you of how long it will take for us to REACH your order to be filled On Our Home Page just above the product links.

Most of the time there is a wait due to the EXTREME POPULARITY of our product line and we are literally supplying the WORLD, needless to say, we are extremely busy.

We fill orders IN THE ORDER RECEIVED

We make each item at the time an order is filled, it is not pulled out of a box, pre made and shipped, we make all sewn products here.

If you cannot wait, please do not order, we hate to say that but this is how busy we are.

Thus explaining the quality and wait for our items.

There are always pending orders that are in the process of being filled in order before new ones that are received.

If you are planning on getting your first Glider purchase all of your supplies before you bring it home.

Give any web site enough time to fill your order as these are exotic pets and need specific items that cannot be purchased in regular pet stores.

Please PROVIDE a contact Phone Number if you purchase something and it sells out, then we can call you to get a second choice as some cannot check email as often as others.

This way we can get your order filled and shipped.

We do not call for any other reason.

If something is marked as SOLD OUT, Please DO NOT Purchase it until the SOLD OUT Text is removed or it will hold up your order until that item is back in stock or we will refund the amount for the sold out item.

We do not ship twice if a sold out item is purchased, your order will either be held up until we can ship ALL items, or we will ask you if you want a refund for the sold out item.

Orders are shipped Priority mail, you must give the post office a day to process the package to get it going in the right direction to you.

Priority mail includes a Tracking Number Provided through PayPal Shipping.

There are shipping options offered that come with tracking if you wish to purchase the additional option as every person has their pereference for a shipping company service.
