We are sure that you will be more than pleased with your purchase, as you can see from just a few of our many happy humans, but if you feel that you would like a refund, we will refund the price for any UN-USED item that would be returned to us within 7 days after receiving your order.
This time frame is an ample amount of time to be sure of your purchase.
These Policies Are Strictly Held In Place To Insure The Best Possible Service Due To The Products Being Used By Exotic Pets.
Please notify us by email or you can call us if you plan on returning an item so that we may expect it in order to issue the refund.
When you do notify us of your return and you MUST do so please, we will check the delivery date to make confirm that you are in the recommended time frame for returns.
Returns can be accepted 7 days from receipt only.
If You Purchase 2 Bonding Pouches And Receive A FREE Cage Pouch, ALL 3 Pouches Must Be Returned UN-USED For A Full Refund.
If You Do Not Send Back The FREE Cage Pouch, The Current Price Of A NEW Cage Pouch Will Be Deducted Before The Refund Is Processed.
If You Send Back A Used Pouch, (we can tell) The Fee Of A New Cage Pouch Will Be Deducted Bfore The Issued Refund.

Vitamin (Vionate) and Calcuim Mineral (Rep-Cal) Suppliments cannot be returned due to being food/vitamin suppliments.
It must be returned in original shape, un-used, SECURED PROPERLY if in packaging, if it is USED it cannot be returned as it cannot and will not be sold.
All Products sold by The Gliding Room are fully inspected before shipping for a Quality order to be received.
Original shape of products are noted before shipping on each order.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable on returned items as they are not paid to The Gliding Room , but to USPS or DHL to get your order to you.
Shipping charges that apply to returned merchandise is paid by you the purchaser to return the item, instead of paying a high restock fee as many businesses charge for returned merchandise.
If returning an item, we Require a service that offers a Tracking Number so that there is no question that the item was returned to the proper location.
Please contact and supply us with the Tracking Number for the item being returned.
Once we receive the returned item, we will then issue your refund less the shipping charges that were charged to ship the item(s) to you.
